The Right to Choose

BRAND: Banco do Brasil       ROLE: Graphic design/art direction

Banco do Brasil has been in the state of Minas Gerais since 1916, building a relationship of trust with the people of the state. In fact, 76% of the state’s public servants chose BB as their primary bank. When the bank Itaú secured the state’s payroll, many thought they would be forced to switch banks, so BB needed to communicate to its clients that they could indeed choose their bank.
We created a campaign in which a friendly and insightful character invites his fellow citizens to factually analyze which bank better serves the state, and at the end, he reminds them that they can choose their bank.

Together with the directors from Sala 12, we proposed a modern, vibrant visual style, featuring symmetrical scenes in a Wes Anderson-esque, with visual elements like yellow and orange flowers and balloons to symbolize choice, a monocle to search for competitor branches, and selfies to convey intimacy. Additionally, we opted for slightly exaggerated costumes to add charm and personality to our character.
